Off Grid Homesteading, This Ridge Beam Dropped Right In Place, Post And Beam Building.

Today on our Off Grid Homestead we are putting our homemade ridge beam up in place. This ridge beam from the ground to the top of the beam is 23' in total, but only 14' from the upstairs floor to the top of the beam...it just dropped right into place. I also show you the slope of the roof line as well in this video, our Post and Beam building is slowly moving along.
