Overflowing water automatically drained by overnight in bangarpet railway bridge and nearby villages

THIS IS NOT OORGAUM FLYOVER,........?
YESTERDAY BRIDGE WAS OVERFLOWING & BY OVERNIGHT WATER WAS DRAINED.....
Yesterday bangarpet railway bridge was overflowing and houses in nearby villages were drowned and people were suffering,
But by overnight water was automatically drained so we visited the spot and captured drained view,
KGF oorgaum flyover and underpass work is still a dream,
4 DC's has been changed and 5th DC is taken charge but till today this is not fullfilled and is being a challenging issue.
But bangarpet to budhikota flyover project is completed and used by public but when this type of work will be completed in our place nobody knows?
