Felony charge against Duquesne police chief is dropped

Duquesne police Chief Thomas Dunlevy appeared in court Monday, waiving his preliminary hearing as the defendant in a witness intimidation case. The district attorney dropped the lone felony charge against Dunlevy, though the 49-year-old still faces several misdemeanor charges.
