Pak Army's fence torn down by Taliban; Imran Khan unable to manage own backyard

In a fresh friction point, the Taliban stopped the Pakistani Army from fencing the border & seized barbed wires. Kabul has always protested Colonial-era border demarcation. Despite close ties with Pakistan, the border issue remains a contentious issue for the Taliban. The dispute has led to periodic skirmishes and tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistan Forces. Over the recent years, both nations have accused each other of sheltering militant groups along the border.
