Putting a huge amount of AC in my new shop build. hoping to have an icebox

We are deep into the new shop build. We've got the building up, we had it spray foamed with 3" of closed cell, and got it all wired up with 100amp service. Now for the cherry on top AC! and a lot of it! How will these Mr. Cool Mini splits handle the Florida heat?
