Atomix, Ledu, and Kyobar were coming together for a special collaboration dinner in Bangkok on January 12. This collaboration brought together three notable culinary forces, each with their own unique perspectives and approaches to food. Chef Junghyun Park, Chef-owner of Atomix, located in New York City, is known for its innovative Korean American cuisine and modernist techniques. Chef Ton, Chef-owner of Ledu, which combines traditional techniques with modern elements. Finally, Chef Dej Kewkacha, who will be showcasing his desserts, is known for his inventive approach to Thai cuisine, using local ingredients to create unexpected flavor combinations.
The collaboration promised to be an exciting exploration of the intersection between Korean American, and Thai cuisine.
