Atomix, Ledu, and Kyobar were coming together for a special collaboration dinner in Bangkok on January 12. This collaboration brought together three notable culinary forces, each with their own unique perspectives and approaches to food. Chef Junghyun Park, Chef-owner of Atomix, located in New York City, is known for its innovative Korean American cuisine and modernist techniques. Chef Ton, Chef-owner of Ledu, which combines traditional techniques with modern elements. Finally, Chef Dej Kewkacha, who will be showcasing his desserts, is known for his inventive approach to Thai cuisine, using local ingredients to create unexpected flavor combinations.

The collaboration promised to be an exciting exploration of the intersection between Korean American, and Thai cuisine. With access to Thailand's extraordinary agricultural bounty, the chefs will have the opportunity to create unique dishes that highlight the best of their respective styles. Guests can expect a memorable dining experience that blends culinary innovation with respect for tradition and the ingredients that make Thailand such a special place for food.

One of the keys focused of the dinner would be the agricultural bounty of Thailand. With access to some of the freshest and most diverse ingredients in the world, in conclusion, collaboration in cooking among various nationalities can come together perfectly by sharing ingredients, combining cooking techniques, learning from each other, and celebrating diversity. It is a great way to explore new flavors and ingredients while fostering understanding and respect for each other's cultures.
